10.30am Culinary demonstration: cutting up a fattened duck and introduction to its cuisine
11.15am Guided visit and tastings
Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday:
12h30 Country-style meal

The day continues in the open-air with an authentic Country-Style meal composed of:
- Gascon apéritif
- Foie gras and sweet wine
- Galantine of duck and foie gras
- Duck rillettes
- Duck pâté with green peppercorns
- “Trou Gascon” - armagnac
- Homemade cassoulet
- Pousse Rapière liqueur iced dessert
- Coffee, Côtes de Gascogne red and rosé wine.

In the delectable surroundings of our shaded park, the stables or in the cabin, gourmet guests are invited to savour:
- Foie gras

- Côtes de Gascogne red and rosé wine
- Armagnac (complimentary)
At 10.30am, the morning continues with a demonstration of how to cut fattened duck and a guided visit of the estate.
